ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for enrollment at Charlith Academy, prospective pupils must meet the following requirements based on their age and programme level:
Daycare / Early Years (Daycare, Pre-Nursery & Nursery):
- Completed application form
- Birth certificate or proof of age
- Two recent passport photograph(s)
- Parent/guardian identification (e.g., national ID, driver's license, international passport)
- Health records (immunization card)
Primary School (Primary 1 and above):
- Completed application form
- Birth certificate or age declaration
- Two recent passport photographs
- Parent/guardian identification
- Previous academic report (if applicable)
- Immunization/health record

All pupils must be of the appropriate age for their level:
ADMISSION PROCEDURES
Follow these easy steps to enroll your child at Charlith Academy:
Step 1: Obtain the Application Form
Visit the school admissions office or download the form from our website.
Step 2: Complete the Application
Fill in all required details accurately and attach all necessary documents.
Step 3: Submit the Application
Submit the completed form and documents to the admissions office (online or in person).
Step 4: Assessment/Screening (for Primary Applicants)
Children seeking admission into Primary classes may undergo a short assessment based on their academic level.
Step 5: Review & Offer
The admissions team reviews your application. If successful, an official Letter of Admission will be issued.
Step 6: Acceptance & Payment
Confirm acceptance by settling the required acceptance fee and school fees as directed in the Admission offer letter.
